Questions, answered.
Everything you might want to know before we start. Can't find yours? Just ask.
How much does a website cost?
Every project is different, so we quote a fixed price after a short discovery call. You'll always know the full cost before we begin.
How long does a project take?
A landing page usually takes 1–2 weeks, a business website 3–6 weeks, and a web app 8–16 weeks, depending on scope. We share a clear timeline before starting.
Do you work with clients in my time zone?
Yes. We work with clients around the world and keep regular overlapping hours for calls. You'll get updates on a fixed schedule and replies within one business day.
How do payments work?
Projects are split into milestones, usually 40% upfront, 30% at design approval and 30% at launch. Marketing and dedicated developers are billed monthly. We accept international bank transfers and major payment platforms.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. We build on easy-to-use content management systems and train your team, so you can update text, images and pages without any code.
Who owns the website and code?
You do. Once the project is paid, all code, designs, content and accounts belong to you.
Do you offer support after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of free support. After that, we offer flexible monthly care plans for updates, security, backups and improvements.
Will 3D or animations slow down my website?
No. We optimise every 3D element for speed, load it only when needed, and show a lightweight fallback on older devices.
Can you work with my existing website or team?
Absolutely. We can redesign, improve or extend what you already have, and our developers can work alongside your in-house team.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, happily. Your ideas and data stay confidential.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just a short call. Tell us your goals, and we'll handle the plan, timeline and quote.
