About the role
You will lead design for client projects from research and wireframes to polished UI and design systems, working directly with developers. Projects range from business websites and online stores to mobile apps and SaaS dashboards. You will run short discovery sessions, map user journeys, build clickable prototypes to test ideas early, and hand over clean Figma files with components, states and spacing that developers can build exactly. You will present your work in weekly client demos and explain your decisions in plain language. Accessibility, mobile-first layouts and conversion are part of every design.

What we're looking for
- A portfolio of web or app design work
- Strong Figma skills
- Good understanding of typography, layout and accessibility
